This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.jagswigs.com. This policy applies to only www.jagswigs.com and is to notify you how Jag's collects and uses information.
Jag's collects only information necessary to process your order, i.e. name, address, phone number, and items ordered. Jag's does keep name, addresses and phone numbers on file to complete orders. Jag's does not keep credit card information on file. Jag's does not sell, rent, or give out any customer information to any third parties.
Unless you ask us not to, Jag's may email you in the future to inform you of specials, new products, or changes to the website or policy. You may opt out of this at any time.
Credit card information is used in the transaction, however this is encrypted and transmitted securely to protect you. Credit card information is not kept on file. Information that is kept on file is only accessible by Jag's employees and is only accessed when needed.
This privacy policy may be revised at any time. Upon any changes, the website will be updated with those revisions.
Return Policy
Please read the following carefully, as not all items at Jag's are returnable. Returns must be completed using the following procedure or a refund/credit will not be given.
Items such as Bra's, Shower Buddies, Teddy Buddies, Camisoles, Underwear, Hats, deodorants, shampoos, lotions or other hair products are not returnable. This is due to sanitation.
Other items, such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, gifts, are subject to a 7-day return. Jag's must be contacted within seven days, and a return authorization number must be given in order to make a return. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must still have original tags attached, original packaging, and be unworn with no stains, deodorant and/or makeup marks, cannot be laundered or smell of cologne or perfume.
Sale, clearance and closeout items are not returnable.
Jag's reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product(s) returned are found to be damaged or worn.
